Job Title: Assistant Technical Superintendent
: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely maintenance/repair of technical assets within budget.
  • Plan and lead the Technical employees in achieving department/project objectives.


At least 3 years minimum experience in vessel repairs/docking and ship inventory monitoring.

Job Title: Operation Assistant
: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To ensure smooth coordination of all operations in Nigeria (Port Harcourt base and project sites).
  • Personnel and Equipment (Vessels) scheduling and planning for site to optimize turn around.
  • Planing, management and monitoring of operating budget for the Base in co-ordination with Base Manager/Ups Director.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, dissemination of relevant information and control payment of bills.
  • Coordinate all relationships with Government authorities, legitimate organizations, suppliers and clients.
  • Relieve Base Manager.


  • Minimum of 10 years experience in field operations, project management or management of a business unit.
  • Degree in Engineering/Operations Management or related field is a requirement
  • Work Location: Port Harcourt Nigeria as prime location; traveling to the site locations


Job Title: Lifting and Scaffolding Supervisor
: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To supervise and lead work crew engaged in all scaffolding, rigging and lifting activities,
  • To ensure compliance with safety procedures.


  • 4-years experience of crane rigging, heavy lift and scaffolding and ND/HND in Mechanical or Structural Engineering is a requirement.
  • Added professional certification/license in Rigging (LLm Level 1) or scaffolding (CISRS) is a plus.

Job Title: Office Coordinator
: Lagos

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To follow up on import/export files in line with procedures for importing goods and equipment.
  • Ensure attendance list remains up to date and responsible for scheduling and registration of different meeting rooms.
  • Assist with coordinating visa and work permits, registration processes accommodation and logistics for expatriate staff and crew.
  • Up-to-date insight in incoming and outgoing goods and equipment and ensure optimal good functioning of working tools (e.g photocopiers)


  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
