Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations
  • Coordinating/liaising with maintenance vendors
  • Ensuring strict adherence to set quality control standards at branches
  • Prepare regular reports of the status branch equipment
  • Administration of organizations policies and procedures
  • Monitor and coordinate head office support to achieve efficiency at the branch level.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline; a degree in Estate Management or a previous role in facility management or Administration is a plus.
  • Experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
