We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations
- Coordinating/liaising with maintenance vendors
- Ensuring strict adherence to set quality control standards at branches
- Prepare regular reports of the status branch equipment
- Administration of organizations policies and procedures
- Monitor and coordinate head office support to achieve efficiency at the branch level.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline; a degree in Estate Management or a previous role in facility management or Administration is a plus.
- Experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
