Job Title: Administrative Services II
- See to safe keeping of staff files and storage.
- Prepares correspondence and other letters.
- Attend and process staff request.
- Analyzes and evaluates requests from department personnel
- Represents the company in all bidding opening as it may be assigned by higher authority.
- Preparation of employment letter.
- Preparation of bid documents
- Preparation of query letters, agreements and reports
- Involves in the banking functions – assignments.
- To check through newspaper for job adverts
- To participate in the preparation of minute of meetings
- To participate in the interview process for all recruitment into the organization
- Any other assignments as it may be assigned by the senior management staff & ceo.
- B.Sc/HND holders in relevant field with cognate experience and professional qualification will an added advantage.
