Job Title: Commission Salespersons for James Walker Gaskets & Sealing Products– Urgently
Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Salary (Monthly): 100% Commission based
Benefits: Transport and telephone claims.
Job Description:

  • Generates Sales Order for James Walker (TM) Gaskets and Sealing products Spiral wound, PTFE, Metal, Non-metallic etc.
  • Prospect for new clients through various methods including: Cold calling, email marketing, and one on one personal networking.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships while selling additional solutions.
  • Identify prospective clients and generate business from new accounts.
  • Post proposal follow ups with prospective customers to ensure deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Good Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
  • Self motivated, team player and able to work within a small team environment.
  • Must be willing to learn and grow within this role.
  • 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience preferred but not required.

 

Job Title: Commission Salespersons – Flow Control
Locations: Port Harcourt
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Salary (Monthly): 100% Commission based

Job Description:

  • Present, promote and sell gate valves, globe valves, pinch valves, diaphragm valves, and needle valves to existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve assigned quarterly/annual sales revenue target
  •  Grow and develop TAG market share in assigned sector
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure a minimum of 60% closed deals from the pipe
  • Develop and recommend sales and marketing strategies to keep TAG competitive and innovative
  • Identification of customer need, pain or gain and proffering solutions to solving their problem
  • Build and strengthen your business relationship with customers within existing accounts and ensure that their needs are being met
  • Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information
  • Forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Respond to RFP’s/RFQ’s
  • Other related functions as may be requested by the Supervisor

  • Generates Sales Order for NUI waterproofing products such as; Ultracote 525 Range, Ultraseal 400800M, UltracemFlex 760, Cemfloor SL 580, Polybron 350-104P, Tekno Bit Dual & Single Carrier, Supagrout Range, Supapatch Range, Ultracem Grout, Bonding Mortar Adhesive. Foundation & Fence Post Foam and Polygrout 520-262, Polybron 350-102FC, PORTAMIX™, Ultrasil 760-SIL. Ultracrete Range, Ultracrete Skim Coat 580,X-treme™ 401G12, Ultraspray® 402G12, Ultracote 8802PA Range, Ultra H2O Range, Ultratech Range.
  • Prospect for new clients in the Port Harcourt & Lagos through various methods including: Cold calling, email marketing, and one on one personal networking.
  • He or she will build market positions for the company by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.
  • Identify prospective business opportunities, analyze trends in the company’s market space and generate business from new accounts.
  • Grow and develop TAG market share in assigned sector.
  • Post proposal follow ups with prospective customers to ensure deal closure.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Other related functions as may be requested by the Supervisor
