Job Description

  • This role supports the QHSE Advisor in the development and implementation of Company QHSE policies and procedures in the office and on the Vessels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors compliance with all the provisions of the company SMS and other applicable Health, Safety and Environment Legislation
  • Carry out risk assessments on Company’s Operations
  • Collates Vessel Client Safety Reporting requirement.
  • Carry out safety induction and briefing for office visitors.
  • Assist in ensuring that the QMS conforms to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015.
  • Assist in preparation and review of all safety documentation.
  • Records and updates Company Man-hour Statistics
  • Provide relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have a 1st degree in Industrial Health and Safety or similar discipline
  • Experience in a Marine Logistics/Oil and Gas company is a strong advantage for this role.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a QHSE officer.
  • Have completed QHSE level 3
