Job Title: Admin Manager

  • Be responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the office, including security, greening, staff canteen, office environment, conferences, reception, office stationery, etc., Provide good service for all departments.
  • Be responsible for the daily operation of the office,control the daily/monthly/annual cost and budget.
  • Have the ability to analyze data, be sensitive to numbers, and skillfully use various data analysis methods to provide effective data analysis for managers/groups to promote cost optimization.
  • Be able to independently implement administrative projects (office relocation, renovation), and improve the employee’s happiness and employee belonging in the office through administrative support.
  • Be responsible for the management of office logistics personnel, including the management of front desk, security, cleaning, maintenance workers, etc.
  • Be regularly check the company’s office environment, office facilities and other fixed assets, and arrange the maintenance of office equipment.

Job Requirements

  • 2/3 years administrative experience, and experience in administrative management of medium or large companies (300 staffs or above) is preferred.
  • Have a Bachelor’ degree or above, be proficient in using various office software, PS, excel , PPT, etc.
  • Agree with the company’s working style and philosophy, and have a strong sense of service.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance, good communication, planning, organization, coordination, flexibility, ability to integrate resources, good teamwork spirit.
