We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Below is a brief description of the duties, however, this Job Description is by no means exhaustive as the PA may be required to perform additional duties from time to time.

  • Manage the MD’s Diary and Itinerary
  • Take dictation and type, including other office duties.
  • Travel with the MD at short notice if and when necessary.
  • Represent the MD at functions or meetings as may be needed from time to time.
  • Handle the MD’s correspondences, emails, letters and other related correspondences.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors of different projects on behalf of the MD.
  • Liaise with the Executive Directors as may be required.
  • Work with other members of staff on different projects as may be required.

Requirements / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 0 – 3 years

N60,000  monthly
