Job Summary
- OLFAD GS requires a business savvy individual for the role Secretary / Receptionist. He / she must be creative, diligent and knowledgeable in the required areas.
Job Requirements
Required skillset:
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 3 years experience in the relevant sectors
- Eloquent speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Capable of working independently
- With 20 – 30 years of age
- Resides on the island
Job Descriptions
- Receiving clients and guests of the company
- Drafting letters
- Clientele relationship
- Record keeping
- Updating company books when necessary
- General secretarial duties.
Salary Range
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month
