Job Summary


  • OLFAD GS requires a business savvy individual for the role Secretary / Receptionist. He / she must be creative, diligent and knowledgeable in the required areas.

Job Requirements
Required skillset:

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 – 3 years experience in the relevant sectors
  • Eloquent speaker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Capable of working independently
  • With 20 – 30 years of age
  • Resides on the island

Job Descriptions

  • Receiving clients and guests of the company
  • Drafting letters
  • Clientele relationship
  • Record keeping
  • Updating company books when necessary
  • General secretarial duties.

Salary Range
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month
