Pecroyal Educonsult is an educational outfit whose aim is to work with school owners to improve the standard of their school, build structure and subsequently make the school profitable. We are very passionate about raising the standard of education in Africa.

Pecroyal Educonsult was established in April, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with Internal Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Teacher

Locations: Ketu &Ikeja, Lagos

1.) Assistant Teacher (Ikeja)

Job Description
The ideal candidate will:

Provide support and reinforcement for teaching and learning.
Give one-on-one or small group instruction and lesson review.
Help teachers with attendance, grading, and other administrative tasks.
Set up materials and equipment to help teachers prepare lessons.
Provide additional supervision for students during class, lunch, recess, between classes, and on class outings or field trips.

Qualifications for Assistant Teacher

Candidates should possess an NCE qualification.
Experience is 1 year.

Requirements:

Working Knowledge of Montessori Education is an advantage.
Applicants must be resident within Ikeja, Ogba, Ojudu and its environs.

2.) Nursery Teacher (Ikeja)

Job Description
The ideal candidate will:

Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Provide appropriate feedback on work.
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies and school regulations.
Prepare required reports on students and activities.
Prepare classroom for class activities.
Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development.
Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.

Qualifications for Nursery Teacher

Candidates should possess a B.Ed / B.Sc with PGDE qualification.
Experience is 2 years.

Requirements:

Working Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage is an advantage.
Montessori Certification.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Ed / B.Sc with PGDE qualification.
Experience is 3 years.

Requirement:

Experience preparing children for Common Entrance Examination

Salary (For all Positions)
N45,000 monthly.
