Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.
- This role combines strategic recruitment with employee development programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment through career development, while implementing best practices in talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with department heads to understand human resource needs, and create human resource
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using various channels
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Negotiate job offers and manage the closing process
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies
- Create and maintain career development frameworks
- Design and coordinate performance review processes
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
- Lead succession planning initiatives
Employee Experience:
- Design and execute employee onboarding programs
- Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement succession plans
- Organize employee recognition programs
Analytics and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly recruitment and retention reports
- Analyze hiring trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor recruitment costs and maintain hiring budgets
- Generate analytics for workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development strategies
- Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Talent sourcing, excellent interview techniques and candidate assessment
- Understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in workplace tools; Google,Zoho,etc
Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Salary Monthly.
