Job Title: Restaurant Manager (QSR)

Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our QSR operations.
- You will oversee both the kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring high-quality menus are delivered and motivating staff to provide excellent customer service.
- This role requires hands-on supervision and strong operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Maintain and enhance the restaurant’s image and suggest improvement strategies.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.
- Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience (e.g., social media promotions).
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols to ensure efficient future restaurant operations.
- Provide technical knowledge to resolve operational or kitchen issues quickly.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise staff shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Proven experience, preferably within the QSRindustry.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Acute financial management and cost control abilities.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated customer service management experience.
- Hands-on experience supervising kitchen operations and front-of-house activities.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
