The label’s inception came to fruition following the closure of Mo’ Hits Records, a record label owned by the aforementioned producer and D’banj.

Job Description

  • Mavin’s Ad Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • This role demands a data-driven, creative, and analytical professional who can execute high-impact advertising strategies to maximize ROI.

  • You will work closely with the marketing, content, and business development teams to ensure campaigns effectively reach target audiences and deliver measurable success.

Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant ad networks.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion based on business objectives.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and targeting.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that enhance conversion rates.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Utilize tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters to measure ad effectiveness.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and targeting techniques for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular analysis and generate reports detailing campaign performance and insights.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

  • Conduct audience research to refine targeting and improve ad relevancy.
  • Develop retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers and increase conversions.
  • Leverage first-party data, CRM insights, and lookalike audiences to enhance ad targeting.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Allocate budget across different platforms based on performance trends and business priorities.
  • Forecast and report on expected versus actual campaign results and spending.

Industry Trends & Best Practices

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Experiment with emerging ad formats, targeting techniques, and platform updates.
  • Provide recommendations for innovative advertising approaches to stay ahead of competitors.

Other Administrative Duties Include:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with content and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with ad platform representatives and stay informed about new features and opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and key learnings.
  • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and influencer marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
