Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Provide Products information.
- Convert Potential Customers by answering products questions.
- Suggest information about other products.
- Take ownership of customers’ problem
- Troubleshoot customers’ problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Customer Service/ Issues Resolution
- Proactively anticipate customers’ concerns and complaints and provide them with quick and cordial service response.
- Monitor and anticipate customers’ requirements to minimize delays or loss.
- Review and monitor trend analysis of issues/ queries and escalate identified root problems to appropriate internal teams.
- Keep abreast of trends/ development taking place in the industry and disseminate information to teams for discussion and adoption as approved.
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience in the customers services landscape; e-commerce platform, telco, retail, etc.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent report writing.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to honor deadlines.
- A proactive approach to support.
- Competent technical knowledge.
