Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee and optimize production activities in our [Chemical Construction / FMCG] manufacturing facility.
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in factory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth production processes , Maintenance, Admin and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best manufacturing practices and lean management principles.
  • Analyze and resolve operational problems, including equipment failures, quality issues, and supply chaindisruptions
  • Ensure effective communication and training programs are in place to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continous improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and metrics to measure operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and factory staff.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.
  • Analyze production data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Chemical Construction Company or FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in production planning, process optimization, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
