We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Call Centre Agent
- Responsible for the timely management of calls (both inbound and outbound); pitching our products customers, identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints.
- Making outbound calls to pitch Alpha Mead products and services to customers.
- Taking and attending to customers enquiries, complaints and escalation and assigning them to the relevant process owners.
- Following up to ensure the complaints are resolved and customers interested in our products are well attended to by the sales or business development team.
- Monitor Social Media and other digital channels, record complains or enquiries and assign them to the appropriate parties.
- B. Sc. degree in relevant fields
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role, and high fluency in English language
- Excellent verbal & phone communication skills, with active listening
- Excellent relationship management skills and highly developed emotional intelligence
- Interest in the use of Social Media.
