Job Title: Office Assistant

Role Overview

  • We require an office assistant who will be responsible for handling organizational and clerical support tasks.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • Aiding with client reception as needed
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory taking
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed e.g. typing, scanning of documents
  • Making sure office is opened and closed as and when due,
  • Ensuring that all electricals and equipment are switched on and off as and when due.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
