We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
- We require an office assistant who will be responsible for handling organizational and clerical support tasks.
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to have:
- Aiding with client reception as needed
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory taking
- Perform receptionist duties when needed e.g. typing, scanning of documents
- Making sure office is opened and closed as and when due,
- Ensuring that all electricals and equipment are switched on and off as and when due.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
Successful applicants in this role will typically have:
