Job Title: Foreman Rigger / Erector

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

  • Performing rigging and lifting duties;
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for personnel
  • Safe operation of the deck crane;

  • Manipulate rigging lines, hoists and pulling gear to move or support heavy equipment.

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Delta

Main Functions

  • The Mechanical technician role installs, tests, inspects, maintains, repairs, overhauls and calibrates mechanical equipment, ensuring the equipment is maintained in compliance with procedures and industry standards.
  • The role is also responsible for equipment safety, inventory management and ensuring the System of Record remains updated with relevant maintenance-related information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on work group goals, objectives and activities, understanding the operational workings of equipment, maintenance activities and processes to ensure seamless operations and minimal down time of critical equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving operational and technical problems involving mechanical equipment ranging from component level items such as pumps/seals to major rotating equipment such as Gas Turbine Generators/Compressors.
  • Safely executing routine and corrective maintenance and repair work
  • Maintain concise equipment records such as repair plans, torque values, lube oil analysis and repair history within the system of record.

Qualification:

  • Successfully completed training as a Mechanical technician within the Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Completed training in the mechanical craft trade/technical field e.g. Mechanical Technician, Rotating Equipment Field Service Rep. (FSR).

Experience:

  • 5 – 10 years relevant post-graduation or equivalent post apprenticeship onsite experience preferably in the oil and gas industrial or engineering production company

Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Rotating and Fixed Equipment: Demonstrates extensive experience with gas compressors, gas turbines, diesel engines, pumps, cranes, and heat exchangers.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of diagnosing defects in mechanical rotating and fixed equipment, formulating effective repair plans, and implementing changes in practice to prevent future failures

Job Title: Pot Operator / Mechanic

Responsibilities

Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the right level of quality on the worksite and work with Contractor to achieve project requirement with regards to QA.
  • Evaluates construction issues on the worksite with Contractor workers and contribute to their resolution at worksite level whenever possible.
  • Ensure work procedures are properly implemented on the worksite and deviations are promptly reported to his hierarchies for further decision to be taken.
  • Participates in clarification and responses to Contractor queries and request for waivers issued on the worksite in accordance with project procedures.
  • Ensure that activities performed on site in the project perimeter fulfil project HSE requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: HND, B.Sc. / B. Eng. in Engineering with 10 – 20 years experience in Offshore construction, Site supervision,
  • Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO.
  • Experience: Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office packages, Fluent in English, strong communication skills, manages interfaces effectively.

  • Maintenance of all electrical installations which include but not limited to alternators, control systems, electric motors, shutdown / control panels, electrically enunciated instruments, charging systems, pumps.
