Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Perform various administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Provide general assistance to the executive team as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be proactive and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
