1.) Customer Service Agent

Description

  • We are looking for a fun, computer savvy, technically inclined, smart, energetic, passionate to work, and hard-working individual to proactively answer day-to-day calls, communicate through website live chat, and respond to emails in our customer service department.
  • The individual should be comfortable and willing to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop, and grow within our company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily high-volume calls, live chat, and support emails.
  • Place orders over the phone, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues by offering solutions.
  • Communicate with team members through Slack.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings.
  • Work effectively with vendors and shipping companies to communicate order tracking information.
  • Work effectively with others in a team environment to identify and resolve problems.
  • Engage customers through social media channels.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of similar call center or retail sales/customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective communicator; comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner.
  • Professional in appearance, attitude, and actions.
  • Must have analytical thinking skills and a detail-oriented personality.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm or higher.
  • Experience using E-commerce platforms & software (Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, Fulfillify, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Able to work fulltime schedule: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Description 

  • Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.

  • Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.

Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

Job Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • As a Graphic Designer, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives.
  • You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms.

Responsibilities 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned:

  • Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
  • Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage features and email blasts.
  • Producing and editing imagery and videography.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Web Design.
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience required.
  • Previous video editing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in working with numerous design platforms and email campaigns.
  • Background in creative fields such as fashion, beauty or advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and able to take projects from conception to finished design.
  • Ability to solve design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision.
  • Ability to consistently execute with excellence and constantly work on improving design skills.
