- The individual should be comfortable and willing to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop, and grow within our company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily high-volume calls, live chat, and support emails.
- Place orders over the phone, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues by offering solutions.
- Communicate with team members through Slack.
- Engage in weekly team meetings.
- Work effectively with vendors and shipping companies to communicate order tracking information.
- Work effectively with others in a team environment to identify and resolve problems.
- Engage customers through social media channels.

Required Qualifications

Description
- As a Graphic Designer, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives.
- You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned:
- Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
- Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage features and email blasts.
- Producing and editing imagery and videography.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Web Design.
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience required.
- Previous video editing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in working with numerous design platforms and email campaigns.
