1.) Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Engage in the design and implementation business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Interpret and analyse data and metrics taid strategic decision making.
- Write and submit reports, proposals tthe Directors in all matters of importance.
- Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of FOCUS.
- Assist in managements strategic plan tachieve FOCUS goals by fostering innovation, initiatives, and monitoring the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the company.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
- Managing relationships with existing clients and industry players.
- Collaborate with Business Development Department in preparation of bids/proposals and negotiations with clients.
- Create/develop business proposals as required by management.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management and/or direct report.
- Research and development of product, identification of business opportunity. Also, assess, identify, and communicate risks associated with company business process and other investments.
- Participate in the development of business case justifications and cost/ benefit analysis for the organizations spending and initiatives.
- Weekly state of business report tmanagement
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Head, Information Technology
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in line with business objectives.
- Ensure that all technology systems and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement incident management framework, disaster recovery and business continuity plan in area of purview.
- Communicate IT policies and procedures to staff, ensuring that they are understood and followed.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts are in place and service levels are met.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the IT department.
- Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance and support in the development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and is cost-effective.
- Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the organization’s technology infrastructure.
- Provide thought leadership on security solutions and direction of focus/investment for the company and its customers.
- Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Working alongside relevant team to help define and shape the product and service strategy.
- Understand client business needs through excellent communication and relationship management.
- Present strategies and solutions to Management/customers/partners.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop solutions to address our customer’s business challenges especially in banking and other financial institutions.
- Provide technical thought leadership in overall security solutions development and clients’ relationship.
- Drive the development of standards, and processes to ensure optimal protection of cloud based and on-premises company assets.
- Perform proof of concepts for E-Channels Fraud and Forensic solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant OEMs and Partners and identify area of partnership, continuously update knowledge and skills through certifications and training.
- Develop and maintain the company In-house IT and IT security infrastructure plan.
- Develop, track and monitor road map for executing company In-house IT and IT security infrastructure.
Job Requirement

3.) Application Support Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provide On-site support to customers for the iMatch Fraud Management System.
- Give weekly reports on task and activities assigned.
- Login support calls/requests on the Oddo application.
- Participate in the organization’s brainstorming session for next-generation technologies – USSD ON PoS, QR CODE ON PoS, KIOSK SELF-SERVICE, & SES SOCIAL MEDIA.
- Create tickets and follow up on them for support-related issues on the iMatch Tickets/Support System.
- Assist with office internal IT-related issues/activities which includes Network troubleshooting, staff helpdesk, and upkeep of the server room.
- Assist with documentation/attend to correspondence, I.e., internal memo, letters, etc.
- Proposal writing and business opportunity scoping.
- Project documentation and File management.
- Project Tracking and Correspondent, and Reporting.
- Pre-sales activities and Presentation of application solutions.
- Database platform management (SQL or Oracle, entry-level skill set, advance skill set is a pulse)
- Execute task/responsibilities without been micro-managed.
- Engaged customers where necessary.
