We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation/procedures in Quality Assurance to support OHSAS, Environment & Quality.
  • Assist with the preparation of audit and improvement plans.
  • Monitor compliance with legislation, ISO standards and Company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate the planning of quality aspects of work Programmes.
  • Assist with the Business Continuity Planning and Enterprise Risk Management program.
  • Support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety Environment, Quality, and Energy usage on Site, including research of best practices and legal research.
  • General support of all aspects of the Legal & Governance Function.
  • Arranging meetings for all aspects within the Legal & Governance Function.
  • Reviewing and ensuring end-to-end quality assurance and compliance for every stage of the Site project build
  • Perform audit of materials sourced to ensure conformance with quality expectations
  • Coordinate and administer the delivery of compliance training through the company’s learning management system
  • Assist with minute-taking at meetings as agreed, ensuring communication of minutes within given timescales.
  • Creation of accurate monthly reports on all aspects of QHSE
  • Perform proper process audit of all deliverables and ensure completion of same (Including outstanding issues and snags) by Project team prior to triggering handover to Operations
  • Prepare a detailed report of the entire site build process with a view to identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Operations:

  • Perform scheduled/unscheduled visits to sites in order to audit site operations and processes
  • Perform process audit to ensure FMEs are efficiently and in a timely manner discharging their duties of site management and availability through PPM
  • Prepare detailed reports with a view to identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Perform audit of materials sourced for ongoing operations (Eg Diesel, Spares etc) to ensure conformance with quality expectations
  • Identify risks, root cause analysis of same and actions to mitigate them
  • Any other tasks that he should perform can be included.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent (Law degree is an advantage)
  • 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office including Teams and Outlook and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn the ISO standards  Quality, Environment, OH&S
  • Highly organized approach with great attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable and able to communicate with a wide range of people.

2.) Male Finance / Admin Officer 

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Finance Manager to improve existing accounting systems
  • Signing of project documents and uploading for invoicing on the client’s portal
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Prepare monthly, Quarterly reports on the Project Managers’ Expense sheet.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Assist with project financial-related work as required
  • General administrative support, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments.
  • Give support to the field project team.
  • Assist with project-related administrative work as required
  • Reconcile payment with disbursement for field engineers across all projects
  • Track expenses and process expense reports.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Reconciling bank balances with the ledgers.
  • Compliance with procedures.
  • Any other task as assigned by your line manager.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

Minimum Professional Qualification:

  • ICAN
  • Any other professional-related qualification

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of erxperience

Minimum Additional Training:

  •  Computer System
  •  Accounting software

3.) Field Maintenance Engineer (Eastern Region)

Job Location: Anambra

General Description

  • The Field Maintenance Engineer (FME) whose location base would be Eastern Region (Anambra state) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and managing the repair of site equipment, especially the diesel generator.
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers as well as perform necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Diesel generator overhauling
  • Manage and maintain back batteries and RMS for better site performance
  • Take total responsibility of site resources such as diesel and others
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining site service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom passive equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), rectifying and others
  • Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and coordinate performance and routine activities of electrical field engineering personnel
  • Support and ensure quality of project delivery at sites

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent with 5 years of experience in Telecom passive maintenance project.

Minimum Previous Experience:

Minimum Additional Training:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Good knowledge of ICT

Other Skills:

  • Experienced in diesel generator servicing, repair, trouble shooting, installation and emergency repair.
  • Proven record of being reliable and resourceful with ability to work independently.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and responding to operational concerns.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
