Responsibilities

- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems that support new financial product features and enhancements.

Requirements
Required competency and skillset to be a waver:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, data encryption, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and deploying applications using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages preferrable Node Js, Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in working with databases, such as SQL or NoSQL, and implementing efficient data models and queries.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement high-quality, responsive, and interactive front-end solutions for our products, using the latest web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks (React /Vue Js)
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance user experiences and drive product innovation.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, APIs, and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Any experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and knowledge of RESTful APIs is a plus.
