Job Description
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell Freight forwarding, logistics, and Customs clearance services and adjust existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records.
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
Requirements
- Minimum of BA / B.Sc / HND in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills on computer-related equipment.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Proven experience as a Freight forwarding, logistics, and Customs clearance services Sales Representative
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
- Goal-oriented.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
- Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Products.
