Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in Cove Real Estate & Construction.
  • As a Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and maximise market share in the Real Estate.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, new prospect, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define pricing strategies, sales objectives, and growth initiatives.

Sales Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance the team’s skills and productivity.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure a high-performing sales force.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential customers and follow through the entire sales process to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate reports to senior management.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and streamline sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the Real Estate industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
