Job Title: Hospital Front Desk Officer
Location: Agungi – Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a hospital
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years experience as a hospital front desk.
- A female is preferred.
- Candidate should not be above 25 years of age.
- The candidate should be able to resume immediately.
- Candidates should have experience in customer service and billing, preferably in a hospital.
Salary
N65,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
